Types of Visa

Subclass 309 (Provisional) and 100 (Migrant): For spouses or de facto partners of Australian citizens, permanent residents, or eligible New Zealand citizens. The Subclass 309 is a temporary visa, and after a waiting period, applicants become eligible for the Subclass 100 permanent visa.

Carer Visas (Subclass 836 and 116): For individuals willing and able to provide substantial and continuing assistance to a relative in Australia who has a medical condition.
